The Short Answer

Driveway and concrete pressure washing uses a 4,000 PSI surface cleaner with hot water for an even, streak-free finish that lifts oil, rust, and mildew without etching the concrete. Most residential jobs take 1–3 hours. Every quote is free and based on square footage and stain condition.

Most of them, yes. We pre-treat oil and grease with a degreaser before washing — pressure alone can't dissolve petroleum. Older, deep-set stains may not come 100% out, but in 9 of 10 cases the driveway looks brand new.
Yes — if it's done wrong. Too much PSI or holding the nozzle too close can etch the surface permanently. We use a calibrated surface cleaner that distributes pressure evenly so concrete is never damaged.
A standard 2-car driveway takes about 60–90 minutes. Long driveways or full home concrete (driveway + sidewalk + walkways) typically take 2–3 hours.
Optional — but recommended every 2–3 years if you want to protect it from oil drips and prevent staining. We can refer you to a sealing pro if you want it done right after the wash.
